With Outlook Timestamp it is also possible to add Active Directory based contet from the userprofile and with that create a personalised signature.

The application is free to use for individuals personal computer and computers that is not assigned to a Windows Domain. Computers that is assigned to an Active Directory Windows Domain is considered part of a professional setup and must pay to use the application.
