Ever wanted to place general disclaimers in the footer of all employees email's? Then this is the way to go. With Outlook Disclaimer Manager you can manage and sent different disclaimers for all employees in your company.

Email disclaimers are statements that are either prepended or appended to e-mails. These statements are usually of a legal character but can also be used for marketing purposes. A disclaimer can also be used on a website. However, this application only covers the use of disclaimers in email communications. 

To automate the process as painfree as possible, Outlook Disclaimer Manager can include content from the Active Directory profile as well - if available, as well as current date and time for timestamping the Disclaimers validity.

Distributing the Activation key to your workstation with Registry settings
Registry key for installing the serial number on client machines with a registry key.

Edit the file with notepad, replace the Serial value with your Serial key (not the license key) as found under "Registration Details" window in the Outlook Disclaimer Manager application and then apply the registry file to your login/startup script for quick distribution of the application key.
